Product & Care

Round London cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reproduce the colours of the actual garments. This might be affected by the colour reproduction on your computer.  Round London sizes and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly for different styles.  All goods are subject to availability.


We strongly advise you to take care of your purchased clothing by hand-washing and cool ironing as some of these items can be very delicate.  This can also prolong the life of the garment and have less environmental impact.


Customised Service

We cannot accept refund or return on Customised Service product that we have created for you, if you are not happy with the finished product or have changed your mind during the customisation of your garment.  As any queries should have been finalised in writing before we alter or make changes to your garment, therefore we want to make sure you are entirely happy before we carry out such work on your garment.

 

Returns

After receiving your products, you are entitled to return the products within seven days provided that the products are still unused.  You have to inform Round London via e-mail and have to return the products immediately.  You bare the risk during this transportation.  In the event payments have already been made, Round London shall, after receiving the products concerned, refund the money of this agreement to you within 14 days.  Your postage costs for returning the products will not be refunded.

Round London accept responsibility for all the personal information such as your name, address and any other personal details that you provide us with. We follow a tight security procedure as required under UK Data Protection Legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998) to protect the information that we store about you from unauthorised access.
